Dr. Guocheng Pan

Guocheng Pan graduated from the Geology Department of Peking University in geochemistry and was awarded a bachelor 's degree in 1982. After Dr. Pan obtained his master's degree in mathematical geology in 1985, he went to the United States for further studies in 1986 and obtained a Ph.D. in mining and mineral economics from the University of Arizona in 1990. Since graduat ion, Dr. Pan has served as department head, senior director, vice president, general manager, and Chairman of the board of large global mining companies (such as Anglo American Resources, Gold Fields, Hanking Group, etc.), responsible for technical managem ent and production operations, project development, resource integration, etc. He is a leader in the mining industry with a global perspective who has more than 30 years of experience in the global mining industry and has higher visibility and reputation i n the mining field. In terms of academics , Dr. Pan won the first "International Mathematics Geology Chairman Award" by the Chinese in 1990 , and was selected into the "International Intellectuals Hall of Fame" in 1995. In 2000, he published "Information Sy nthesis for Mineral Exploration" by Oxford University Press. Dr. Pan has published nearly a hundred papers or special reports in various international authoritative academic journals and has been employed as a guest professor from many universities includi ng Jilin University and Northeastern University. Dr. Pan has the deep and extensive professional knowledge, has accumulated rich practical experience in mining project development and operation, and demonstrated his unique operational capabilities in value creation. Dr. Pan is currently the CEO and Vice Chairman of Hanking Group, an international mining group company with multiple minerals such as gold, nickel and iron.

潘国成毕业于北京大学地质系，主攻地球化学专业，于
1982年获得学士学位。
潘先生于 1985年获得数学地质硕士学位， 1986年去美国深造，并于 1990年获
得美国亚利桑那大学采矿及矿产经济学博士。毕业后，潘国成博士历任全球大型
矿业公司 （比如英美资源、金田黄金等集团 、中国罕王控股等 的部门主管、高
级主管、副总裁 、 总经理 、总裁、董事长 等职务，负责技术管理、生产 运营 、 海
外 项目开发、资源整合等方面的工作。 拥有近 30年以上的全球矿业行业经验，
在矿业领域具有较高的知名度，是具有全球视野的矿业领军人物。 在学术方面，
潘博士 1990年获得了华人的第一个“国际数学地质主席奖”， 1995入选“国际
知识份子名人堂”，在 2000年由牛津大学出版社出版了“矿产勘探中的信息综合”
专著。潘博士在多种国际权威学术刊物上发表了近百篇论文或专题报告，受聘包
括吉林大学、东北大学等在内的多家大学的客座教授。 潘博士具有深厚 及宽广 的
专业知识， 在矿业项目开发和运营方面积累了丰富的实战经验，特别是在价值创
造上具有独特的运作能力 。潘博士现任罕王 实业 集团 CEO兼 副董事长 ，罕王拥
有金、镍及铁等 多元 矿种的国际化矿业集团公司。
