Isabell Hendrichs is Executive Vice President Group Assortment & Purchasing at Douglas, one of the leading premium beauty retailers in Europe.
In this function, Isabell oversees both the German and international purchasing department. Under her leadership the purchasing businesses of parfumdreams and Douglas were successfully integrated. Guided by Douglas’ #FORWARDBEAUTY strategy, she strategically realigned the company’s German and international procurement with a focus on brand, product range and concept development. Isabell also has comprehensive expertise in multichannel retail in addition to her many years of experience in the beauty industry. In her previous position as Director of Buying at QVC, she managed the entire area of beauty and health in Germany as well as held responsibility for the international concept and project development of brands and their the sales strategy.
