Annie has over 20 years of HR experience in the areas of Talent Management & Acquisition, Career Transition & Leadership Development, HR transformation, Change Management and Executive Search. At Citrix, she is part of the Global HR team to shape talent acquisition strategies, wire up diversity and inclusive practices for promoting enhanced employer brand reputation and power up talent engagement to evolve culture transformation. In her prior role as Global Lead- Diversity & Inclusion at global French pharmaceutical company – Sanofi, she catalyzes gender balance, embed D&I into human capital strategy to shape and evolve culture to leading the company brand building. Annie is an active industry HR panelist for associations, universities and institutes. She is an avid career mentor, volunteers at the PrimeTime Professional Women’s Association and the Singapore Moral Welfare Home. She graduated from The George Washington University (USA) with a Master’s in Human Resource Development and a Degree in Business Marketing from Monash University (Australia). She is also an alumni of the IMD and a certified facilitator & coach.
