Keith S. Kotfica

Vice President, Head of Direct Plan Sponsor and Recordkeeper Relationships Financial Engines

Keith Kotfica runs the direct plan sponsor and recordkeeping partner relationships at Financial Engines. In this role, he oversees the teams who are responsible for ensuring our products and services are strategically aligned to support the goals of plan sponsors and their employees. Keith also runs our direct recordkeeping partnerships, negotiating contract terms and integration points with our provider partners. He joined Financial Engines in 2014 and has more than 30 years of industry experience. Previously, Keith was a Principal in the retirement practice at Buck Consultants and was responsible for delivering a variety of defined contribution consulting services, including plan design, plan benchmarking, provider search, and operational reviews. Additionally, he was a Division Vice President at Xerox HR Services (now Conduent) leading the delivery of HR outsourcing services to Fortune 500 companies, state governments, and large non-profit institutions, and worked at CitiStreet (now Voya) overseeing defined contribution and total benefit outsourcing implementation teams. Keith received an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.B.A. from Baruch College. He is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and an active member of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA).
