Vinod has 22 years of experience in hands-on implementation of KAIZEN™/ Lean practises in a wide variety of manufacturing, service and agricultural enterprises. He pioneered the application of KAIZEN™/ Lean practises in Hotels and Large Agricultural Farms.
Recipient of two ‘Client Management Awards’ from KI Global – 2004 & 2007. In 2011 – Commissioned KI’s first ‘LEED Gold Certified Office’ in Pune, India. Also, in the year 2011 compiled the book “KAIZEN™ ‘K’uotes for a KAIZEN™ Culture’.
He led the development of Green KAIZEN™ - ‘body of knowledge’ & its’ application entitled ‘Total Environment Management’. During the year 2013, he received ‘President’s Award’ from KI Global in recognition for contributions to the KAIZEN™ world.
Mostly and importantly known for his strong track record of assisting clients to achieve excellent results from Kaizen/ Lean Transformation initiatives.
