She is currently employed by Globalization Partners where she leads all elements of talent strategy, enterprise learning, corporate social responsibility, and diversity and inclusion.
Prior to G-P, Meagan led HR and talent functions at companies such as ServiceNow, Google, Amazon, and GE. She has been named by HRO Today Magazine as a Superstar HR Practitioner and served as an advising member of the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles Committee. Her team’s corporate development programs have earned learning industry awards from CLO Magazine, ATD, the International Society for Performance Improvement, and Bersin by Deloitte. A Midwest native, she now resides in the San Francisco Bay area, and loves the outdoor adventures that it has to offer.
