The workshop will be presented by Molly of Woodhull Wellness. We will focus on realistic ways to manage stress and find work-life balance using mindfulness, meditation techniques. The goal and the value here is that in our time spent together you will feel relaxed, cared for and learn realistic ways to manage stress and adversity for the long term! Content: We will talk about micro- mediations ( 1 breath to 1minute of thoughtful breathing), Joyful routines, mental and emotional resilience, formal and informal meditations. I will also provide time for people to reflect, ask questions and of course we will meditate together.
