Jeff Gilmore has over 26 years of diversified project management, project engineering/process design, scale up/tech transfers, and commissioning/qualification experience. He has a broad range of experience in biopharmaceutical and small molecule API and drug product manufacturing, specialty chemical, and food/beverage industries. Additionally, Jeff has recent and significant experience in the site selection due-diligence, facility design, and manufacturing scale-up of advanced therapeutic medicinal products (ATMPs). He also has supervisory experience of both technical and management staff members and is well-versed in leading multi-disciplinary teams both locally and remotely. He has demonstrated an ability to work in nimble and matrixed team-based environments, lead diverse groups of personnel with and without administrative authority, and has strong problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution, and facilitation skills. He has significant engineering experience associated with fermentation, cell processing, purification, oral solid dosage, plant and process utilities, HVAC, material handling, and facilities equipment/unit operations in cGMP environments.
