Michael Cukor has been an IP litigator for more than 25 years. He has tried patent and trademark cases to juries in courts around the country and has argued appeals before the Second and Third Circuits and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Before practicing law, Michael worked as a programmer and graphic designer. Michael worked at some of the largest law firms in the country before starting an IP boutique firm about 10 years ago.
