Bio
Andrey joined IFC’s Blended Finance team in 2013 and is responsible for overseeing the operations of IFC’s Blended Finance programs and broad engagement with contributing partners. Andrey is also leading the relationship with several climate funds, including Climate Investment Funds and bilateral programs with the Government of Canada and others. Prior to IFC, Andrey spent several years at the World Bank in the East Asia Pacific Infrastructure sector, spearheading the Green Infrastructure Finance initiative and co-managing AusAID sponsored East Asia Pacific Infrastructure for Growth Trust Fund. Before that Andrey worked at various private sector companies, including Bates&White, Taylor DeJongh, others. Andrey holds an MBA degree from Georgetown University and PhD degree in Physics.
