Rhiannon has a background working in research as well as the charity sector. To build upon her experience of improving experiences for clients and volunteers in these roles, she decided to take the UX Design Immersive course at General Assembly. After completing the course she worked at GA as a UX Design Teaching Assistant and joined Ipsos MORI’s UX team as a UX Researcher earlier this year.
