Yustina Saleh is Managing Director of Innovation Solutions at the Burning Glass Institute where she leads design and development of cutting-edge solutions to enhance visibility and practicality of real-time labor market information.
For over 20 years, Yustina has been on a quest to connect people with careers. She is a pioneer in skill-based hiring and workforce strategy from her experience across several of the leading organizations bringing together data and workforce innovation. Yustina is known for creating the “intel chip” of internal and external talent marketplaces. Yustina formerly held positions as the EVP of Research and Analytics at at Emsi, as Director of the The Analytics Center of Excellence at Rutgers, as Director of Real-Time Labor Analytics at Burning Glass Technologies, and as Director of Labor Market and Demographic Research for the State of New Jersey. Most recently, Yustina led research connecting people data and business outcomes at Visier as their VP of Research and Value.
Yustina received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the American University of Cairo and her Ph.D. in Political Science from Rutgers University.
