Consultant, Facilitator, Speaker and Executive Coach
Bio
Bonnie is a consultant, facilitator, speaker and executive coach who follows her passion for learning and growth by designing, deliver and collaborating on programs that: develop leaders, help people through times of change, improve performance, enhance culture, help teams work better together, and generally make work a more meaningful experience.
For twenty-five years, Bonnie has built her expertise and skills in Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness through leadership roles at Avaya, Sun Microsystems, and Level 3 Communications. She started her career in her hometown of New York City, digging into a variety of organizational challenges as a consultant at Aon Consulting and Deloitte and Touche.
In 2012, Bonnie realized she wanted to focus on helping people, teams and organizations across industries and a variety of business challenges, so she left her last corporate leadership role to focus on consulting, facilitation, speaking, training, and leadership coaching. Most of Bonnie’s time is spent working with high performing global organizations.
Bonnie has tapped into her love of learning and sharing knowledge by teaching at University of Denver and The University of Colorado at Denver, writing articles for Forbes online, and volunteering as a career coach with Dress for Success. She lives in Denver with her husband and two children, where she spends her time reading for work and fun, being out in the sunshine at every possible moment (including with her laptop on video meetings) and being her children’s personal Uber driver.
