President & CEO

Airica de Oliveira is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Tulare County Economic Development Corporation. She provides leadership and strategic approaches to her organization and is committed to improve the quality of life for the communities of Tulare County by recruiting, retaining, and expanding jobs that facilitate economic growth. She is an active partner of state, local municipalities, chambers of commerce, universities, and a variety of other public and private organizations. She is an active board member of California Central Valley Economic Development Corporation, Sequoia Regional Economic Development Foundation, CityServe Tulare-Kings County, and an Advisory Member of the South Valley Industrial Collaborative. Airica earned her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Fresno Pacific University’s School of Business.
