With a PhD in Physics, Karlheinz Leonardi started his career in 2001 as a Wafer-Fab Process- and Product-Engineer at the NXP/Philips semiconductor fab in Hamburg, Germany. Since 2011, the certified Six Sigma Black Belt worked as Senior Engineer Manufacturing Excellence, Fab Technology and Six Sigma Champion at the Hamburg Fab. Since 2018, he has been responsible for the Nexperia Fabs in Hamburg and Manchester as IT Architect Manufacturing Systems.
