Peter has worked in the late-night industry for the last 40 years.
He is currently chief executive of the Delta group the U.K.’s largest specialist nightclub operator and also is a board member of UKHospitality.
Deltic came out of the ashes of the Luminar administration and contrary to many people’s expectations shown that nightclubs have a good future. In doing so they have creating brands such as PRYZM, Atik Bar&Beyond and most recently eden.
In his career he has been through the last three recessions, licensing reform and is seen as a turnaround specialist. However, he admits that despite the lessons from these times nothing can prepare you for anything like the Covid-19 pandemic.
