Alison Reid is a leadership expert. She works with professional women who want to increase their influence and impact in male-dominated environments and take their career to the next level. An Oxford graduate, Alison has over 25 years’ international business experience cross-sector but spends a lot of her time with finance, tech and engineering professionals at organisations including PwC, ICAEW, CIMA and Cisco. As well as being a seasoned coach and engaging speaker – she’s delivered talks at the NEC, CIPD HQ and CIMA as well as several well-received webinars - Alison is author of the white paper Cultivating confident leadership : A 3-step process to help leaders overcome fear and unleash their potential.
