Martin Bailey is Digital Enrichment Leader at Lanchester EP Primary School (Co.Durham) and Director of Animate 2 Educate Ltd. He now combines his teaching role at Lanchester EP with that of running Animate 2 Educate where he aims to bring the curriculum to life through the delivery of pupil workshops and staff training sessions. Martin is passionate about the positive impact that technology can have on education and how it can make the curriculum accessible and enjoyable for ALL pupils. He has worked with staff and pupils in schools all over the UK and now regularly works internationally too. Martin writes regularly for the educational press, presents at conferences around the world and has a large social media following who look to see the teaching ideas that he shares. He also lectures at Durham University where he delivers the Primary Computing element of the course to BA and PGCE students.
