Dr. Rogers has over 26 years' corporate and consulting HR, compliance and employment law experience, guidance and leadership. He launched the Business & People Strategy Consulting Group in 1998 (as AdHocHRConsulting.com) and has grown the company to include small to large employers around the globe.
In addition to leading BPSC, Dr. Rogers held previous senior corporate executive leadership roles including CAO for Sonic Electronix, VP HR for Arvato, VP HR for WRC/Sizzler USA, and Director HR & Legal for Gruber Systems.
Dr. Rogers currently possesses a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) and Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), is an experienced and certified Interrogator, and is the author of business and HR book, 'Dirty Little Secrets: Declassifying the Employment Game' .
