The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) is a private, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. As NCQA’s Chief Information Officer, Rick is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the Information Services, Information Technology and Information Products. Previously, he was Director of Health Informatics at the National Association of Children’s Hospitals, and also served in the Office of the Secretary of Health Affairs at the Department of Defense.
