Bio
Yo is both an AAR conductor and a trainer of AAR conductors. She has over 25 years of experience working across a diverse range of programmes and projects in the public sector, particularly focussed on transformation and change management. She joined the NHS in 2016 and since then has been developing her experience and expertise in AAR, having facilitated AARs for STPs, GP Federations, Acute Trusts as well as project teams in NHS England and Improvement. She has also trained NHS colleagues from NHS England and Improvement, NEL Commissioning Support Unit as well as frontline hospital staff. Yo co-leads NEL’s AAR Faculty, where trained AAR conductors are encouraged to continue to learn and develop their practice.
