Daniel is an experienced litigator. He has represented clients at various levels of court and before numerous administrative bodies. His work has included representing clients before WorksafeBC, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the Employment Standards Branch, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Labour Relations Board and the Residential Tenancy Branch. In his practice, Daniel strives to find creative, cost-effective resolutions for his clients and he has assisted numerous clients with mediations, arbitrations and out-of-court settlements.
