Roger joined Caterpillar in 2003 as a mechanical design engineer. He furthered his engineering experience by moving to the Technology department where he led the development and validation of final cooling system solutions for generator sets from 7.5 – 2500 kVA. This work involved optimization of sound-attenuated enclosures to balance the noise and cooling requirements. Since 2011, Roger has been leading and driving the production and improvement of sales materials supporting each of the territories around the world.
Roger studied at Queens University Belfast, UK, and holds a doctoral degree in engineering and a master’s (MEng) degree in mechanical and manufacturing engineering.
