Dan Butzer has held individual and leadership roles in system engineering, architecture, system operations, and enterprise application development over the past 25 years. As mobile, hybrid and public cloud computing have become dominant models, his technical focus has evolved from large scale data center architectures & systems toward mobile and cloud based, software defined architectures delivering workload resiliency and security. Most recently as a System Engineer with Zimperium he focuses on protecting users and enterprises from attacks on Devices, Networks, Applications and Phishing. Dan earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and maintains CISSP certification from ISC2.
