Paige Fairbanks-Gunn has worked directly with seniors and their families for over 23 years. She has cared for seniors at levels of physical and cognitive abilities as a CNA, Certified Medication Aide, Social Service Director, Director of Community Relations, Executive Director, and Regional Sales Director. She's been instrumental in 6 senior-focused business startups.

Paige earned the official designations of Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Caregiver, and Arizona Executive Director.

Her own grandmother lived with dementia. With this personal experience and a wide and deep professional depth, Paige has helped over 1000 families in her career walk through similar journeys.

She is Koelsch Communities' Relationship Manager for the entire state of Arizona - building alliances with Universities, Brain Health Centers, Physicians, and the many other specialists who work together to improve care for seniors throughout the state.

While Paige was born and raised in Wichita, KS she moved to AZ in 2007 with her husband, two children and two dogs to be closer to her extended family. She enjoys hiking, movies, biking, vacationing, spending time with family and visiting her dad and aunt in Kansas as often as she can.
