Dannie currently oversees the Enterprise & Commercial sales orgs across the Americas at Slack, including 15 leaders and teams across 6 geographies. She joined Slack 3.5 years ago, eager to play a role in shaping a playbook for the newly emerging trend of introducing enterprise sales into a freemium model. In addition to overseeing a large part of the sales organization, Dannie plays a key role in evangelizing the value of Slack Connect to all prospects and customers - a new and exciting way to use Slack for GTM efforts in addition to internal collaboration.
Dannie received her BA in Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and attended business school at Stanford GSB. She spent her MBA internship working on sales & product strategy at Airbnb, aiming to understand the intersection between consumer & enterprise growth.
Dannie is the daughter & sister of immigrants, settling in Brookline Massachusetts where her family continues to reside. She is passionate about helping connect first gen students and young employees into tech. Today, Dannie lives in San Francisco, along with her husband, Jake, and daughter, Sadie.
