Karishma is the Director of Sales for the O‘ahu Visitors Bureau, an island chapter of the Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau. She brings 20+ years of experience in Hawai‘i’s hospitality industry, and is responsible for leisure sales initiatives as well as assisting with the Meetings Convention & Incentives (MCI) segment in North America and international markets.
Karishma has previously held sales and management positions at Joie de Vivre Hotels, Aqua
Hotels & Resorts, Kahala Hotel & Resort and Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. Her extensive
background in hospitality and management has given Karishma broad expertise in brand
management, executive sales and business development, customer relations, and strategic
partnerships.
She is passionate about sharing the island’s unique town and country experiences, Hawaiian culture, multi-ethnic communities, rich history, and natural beauty. Whether it is a Downtown Chinatown Dine-Around, or volunteering at a 800yr old Hawaiian fishpond, each experience
that she shares is carefully curated to showcase O‘ahu’s diverse personality.
