Paul joined Red Hat Asia Pacific in the strategic position of DevOps Business Development Manager. In this role he works with customers, partners and the developer community to drive the adoption of Red Hat technologies that empower digital transformation. His responsibilities include leading market development activities around Red Hat’s emerging App Development portfolio and acting as a liaison between customers, partners and the Red Hat Product Management team to influence the product’s strategic direction.
Paul has over 15 years experience in the technology industry with the last 7 years working in regional business development roles - with HP, HPE and then Micro Focus - helping enterprise customers improve the way they deliver software - from quality assurance, to lifecycle management through to implementing Agile and DevOps capabilities. Previous to this, he worked in various roles from consulting to presales helping customers implement best practices around application delivery.
Paul has a degree in Software Engineering (Honours) as well as Business Management from the University of Queensland, Australia. In his free time he is a hobbyist mobile app developer.
