Ron planted Hope Alliance Bible Church in 1995 outside of Cleveland, Ohio and has served as Senior Pastor there for 25 years. Additionally, he has extensive Alliance experience including his Doctor of Ministry degree from Alliance Theological Seminary, and his current roles serving as the President of the Association of African American pastors, licensed, and consecrated workers, and as a member of the board of directors. He has been married to his wife Anita for 41 years.
