Dr. Reza Zomorrodi is a Project Scientist at the Temerty Centre for Therapeutic Brain Intervention at CAMH (center for addiction and mental health) – university of Toronto
After his M.sc. in atomic and molecular physics, he pursued her study in nuclear physics and later change his research interest and Ph.D. project to computational neuroscience. He received his Ph.D in computational neuroscience from Laval University-Quebec/Canada.
Then he joined CAMH as a post-doc fellow, and worked under the supervision of Prof Daskalakis in the brain stimulation center.
Reza’s research mainly focuses on developing new methods and applying different non-invasive brain stimulations techniques to study the role of disrupted brain networks and enhance their functions in patients with mental illness.
