Nils Niemeyer is Chief Growth Officer at Caracol AM, where he leads global growth for large-format additive manufacturing (LFAM) solutions across polymer and metal applications, accelerating their industrialization and commercialization in sectors such as aerospace, energy and advanced manufacturing.
He began his career at Siemens in strategy, operational excellence and global manufacturing, before joining DMG MORI where he held multiple roles in the machine tool industry—ultimately establishing and leading DMG MORI Additive Solutions in North America as General manager.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology from RWTH Aachen University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
