John (JD) Donnelly

John (“JD”) Donnelly has dedicated much of his career to developing standards and streamlining processes for the aggregation and transmission of electronic patient data to better enable healthcare providers to safely and compliantly secure compensation for their services while enhancing the patients’ experience. In the mid-nineties, JD founded TeraHealth to create automated connections between providers and payers to validate and process eligible claims. TeraHealth was bought by MPV which was later acquired by Experian Healthcare. JD founded FrontRunnerHC in 2010 with a goal of helping organizations verify and effectively process any healthcare-related transaction, leveraging a real-time software platform and claim-agnostic database. FrontRunnerHC owns and continuously monitors proprietary network connections with access to the most payers in the industry, including thousands of regulated data sources, with strict adherence to HIPAA, SOC2, and Core to instantly provide accurate patient demographic, insurance, and financial information at any point during the care journey. Employing a collaborative approach with clients and other organizations integral to the healthcare continuum, FrontRunnerHC has been at the forefront of innovation, helping industry leaders address the ever-changing landscape of patient billing and collections.
