Kalpana Nair co-led the Developmental Surveillance Initiative and oversaw the development, testing, and implementation of the Early Years Check-In. Kalpana has extensive experience in qualitative research methods, program implementation and program evaluation. She has worked on a range of projects and programs in the areas of primary care, early childhood development, and, more recently, cardiovascular nursing.
