Marcus Evans

Marcus Evans brings more than 24 years of project management, engineering and construction supervision experience to The Chicago Infrastructure Trust. As project manager, Marcus will oversee all eld operations, site safety, budget, productivity, scheduling, QIC and trade contractor and supplier coordination in conjunction with the project team. Marcus will leverage his previous experience, as well as his widespread knowledge of City of Chicago and local construction practices and procedures to The Chicago Infrastructure Trust. He is a true owner’s advocate and; as a result, his dedication will ensure the Joint Public Safety Training Academy project will not only be completed on time, but within budget. Marcus was the Sr. Project Manager over the Alpha Kappa Alpha renovations, O’hare Nuts on Clark , and the O’hare Starbucks. He is currently overseeing Bowa’s second Starbucks at O’hare.
