Corinne joined the Effective HR team as a Lead Consultant, specialising in Employment Relations and Culture, with over 11 years’ experience across generalist People and Culture and Consulting roles. Corinne has degree qualifications in Law and Business, majoring in employment law and human resources. Corinne is also a qualified work, health and safety consultant, and particularly enjoys working with clients across the customer service and NDIS sectors.
Corinne has a killer sense of no-nonsense pragmatism, that has proven valuable in helping business owners navigate through employment legislation in a user-friendly way. She gets the most joy out of implementing pro-active ‘people’ strategies with clients to ensure compliance and reduce risk exposure to business owners.
Corinne is based on Awabakal Country, and is passionate about the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie regions of NSW. Corinne champions for a healthy work-life balance, and when she’s away from her desk, can be found spending quality family time with her two young boys, and two fur babies.
