Her professional journey began at the tender age of 16 working in her family’s business, leading her to pivotal roles in startup businesses as well as renowned, global brands such as New Caledonia Tourism, Globus Family of Brands, Rocky Mountaineer and Aurora Expeditions.
Notable achievements include co-launching Rocky Mountaineer’s inaugural APAC Sales & Marketing office in Australia in 2010 and pioneering the role of Head of Sales at Aurora Expeditions. During her tenure, she developed innovative strategies, expanded distribution channels, introduced new markets & partnerships and mentored high performing teams, leading to historic success and profitability for these brands.
Drawing upon her wealth of expertise and diverse experiences, Di founded her own consulting & mentoring business several years ago to empower others to build purpose and values driven careers or businesses without sacrificing lifestyle, health and fun!
Additionally, she co-created “Women Thriving in Travel”, a free online community supporting women in the travel industry to create successful and fulfilling professional and personal lives, on their own terms, through collaboration, conversation and tailored peer-to-peer learning.
