Nevine started her working career in the accounting profession then soon realised that managing people and growing businesses was her passion
After many years working as CFO in large media communication companies, Nevine decided to take on a role as MD in one of the world’s largest education publishing houses.
With over 1200 software developers working on her product throughout the U.S, Nevine successfully rolled out accounting and auditing software that continues to be used in many accounting firms today.
With Coaching & People Development at her core, Nevine truly believes that people are a company’s backbone and having processes and systems in place where all talent can be nurtured, so with self awareness, effort and persistence, employees at all levels are able to develop and improve.
