Valérie Kaminov is Founder and Managing Director of the highly successful International Luxury Brand Consultancy based in London. For over 25 years Valérie has been at the forefront of the global cosmetics industry and has worked with a vast array of luxury, premium and niche beauty brands, and fragrances. Her extensive expertise, commercial acumen and practical experience are much sought after by both iconic global brands and newly emerging talents.
Originating from France Valérie’s entrepreneurial spirit soon led her to London with the launch of her own company specializing in corporate gifting. One of her clients was the world-famous Harrods department store and it was not long before the owner directly approached her to run the store’s Corporate Gifts department, a role she did with great success. It was during her time at this iconic Knightsbridge store that Valérie was first introduced to the world of beauty, and she soon decided this was the industry for her. From Harrods, she went on to work with independent brands and industry icons including the multi-award-winning REN Skincare, who’s exceptional global growth was achieved under Valérie.
Over the years, Valérie has honed her skills to become one of the most recognized authorities on developing brand distribution channels and models. Her instinctive understanding of a brand is reflective in her ability to successfully elevate newer Indie brands and well-established classics. Her wealth of knowledge in international growth strategies and business development is combined with an inspirational and forward-thinking approach.
