Cristina is a seasoned marketing and insights leader with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across multiple categories and channels within the CPG industry. Currently serving as vice president, growth and omni commercial insights at Mondelez International, she leads a global team responsible for developing integrated commercial strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate growth from media to shelf.
Prior to her current role, Cristina led global shopper excellence for Mondelez, where she focused on elevating the role of shopper insights within the commercial organization, notably establishing Mondelez as a world-class shopper organization.
