Cynthia Leachmoore, EA is an NTPI Fellow, and Immediate Past President of the CA Society of Enrolled Agents. In addition to tax preparation and representation, Cynthia lectures and has published articles on a variety of tax topics, particularly those relating to CA community property and registered domestic partner taxation. In 2012, she and former CSEA President Jean Nelsen worked with the IRS to redesign Form 8958 to help RDP's reconcile their return reporting. Cynthia shares a practice with her husband in Soquel.
