Last 4 years sitting on the Operational Board as Head of Strategic Development for the Sinclair Group – looking after Group support functions such as Marketing & Call Centre, IT, Planning, Procurement, Sustainability and Values. Joined the Group 20 years ago as Head of Marketing, then went on to lead Cardiff Volkswagen as Head of Business, subsequently promoted to Head of Franchise for our VW sites. Before that I spent 15 years in financial services, leading Marketing teams for Admiral, Legal & General and HBOS. Degree in English from the University of Leeds.
