As lead creative writer and program director, Karen has crafted global and regional corporate change programs for some of the world’s largest organisations. She leverages her background in business communication and leadership development to assist organisations to align their thinking, form strategies and transform those ideas into meaningful messages. Karen is the creator of our signature playbook and coach training methodology. She is also a former Director of the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Program at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
