Mehmet Ali Tombalak was born in 1964 in Gaziantep. After graduating from the Department of Electronics Engineering at Uludağ University, he completed his MBA at Marmara University. Tombalak began his career in the IT sector in technical roles, later transitioning into sales-oriented positions and holding senior executive roles at various companies.
Continuing his professional journey as an entrepreneur, Tombalak has actively supported the international expansion of the companies he has been involved with, playing a key role in establishing partnerships with both domestic and international firms. Today, leveraging his extensive experience, he continues to contribute to the sector by enabling the companies he invests in to scale and expand globally.
Actively engaged in civil society initiatives, Mehmet Ali Tombalak served as the Chairman of the Board of TÜBİSAD between 2023 and 2025 and was re-elected as Chairman at the General Assembly held in 2025.
Driven by a strong passion for learning and a deep interest in psychology, Tombalak completed his second master’s degree at Üsküdar University. He continues his work with a mission to create awareness and impact in developing talent for the country. His translated book, “Clues of Talent”, was published in support of Darüşşafaka, and his book titled “The Art of Learning” is currently in the publication phase. In addition, he develops ideas and works on various projects aimed at enabling talented individuals and companies in their fields to inspire society.
