Bio
Melissa is currently the leader of ComEd's Customer Operations organization, responsible for a wide range of functions, including customer billing, contact center and meter services, and programs related to energy efficiency, demand response, and electrification. She also oversees the company's economic and workforce development strategies, as well as its civic and philanthropic partnerships. Melissa joined Exelon in 2003 and previously held the position of senior vice president of Governmental and External affairs at ComEd. She is actively involved in several Chicago-area organizations, serving on the boards of the Metropolitan Planning Council, the Civic Consulting Alliance, and as president of the Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center board. She holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Lewis University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
