Ms. Monika Oledzka-Nielsen,( PhD, UEA) – an educationalist with 18 years of experience in sub-Saharan Africa where she worked in a variety of capacities including working with government counterparts (USAID), leading programme monitoring and evaluation (Save the Children), supporting governments in improving quality of education. In 2014, she has joined UNICEF; first Indonesia Country Office where she led the education portfolio in Papua and West Papua provinces. Since January 2019, Ms. Nielsen has been leading UNICEF Team Odisha as a Chief of Field Office
