Jann-Eve Stavesand is Head of Consulting at dSPACE GmbH. In this role, he is responsible for providing worldwide support in the planning and implementation of automotive development projects, helping to ensure product safety along the entire development process. He is a member of various standards committees in Germany and was involved in the development of ISO 26262:2018 - "Road Vehicles - Functional Safety," with a focus on software and processes. He is also involved in standardization in the field of automated driving (e.g., ISO 21448 – SOTIF). His professional background also includes experience as a team leader for process consulting, where he specialized in model-based developing and virtual test processes to validate ECU software, and as a junior product manager for hardware-in-the-loop testing systems. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Business Administration from Paderborn University.
