Jack Chivers is the Product Lead on the WillowRail application at Willow. His role is to envision, create and communicate the product vision and roadmap by managing input across all stakeholders concerning the WillowRail product. His mission is to ensure clear and effective communication of the product ‘what and why’ to all levels of stakeholders both internally and externally, from the development team to the customer. This requires strong and clear communication and people management skills as well as sound understanding of the underlying technology being applied to create the product solution.
