EHEDG Working Groups Chair and Cargill Global Hygienic Design Lead
Bio
Patrick is chairing the working groups of the EHEDG—European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group—and was a member of the GFSI Hygienic Design Technical Working Group.
Alongside his role at EHEDG, Patrick has been heading up the Global Hygienic Design Centre of Expertise and Community of Practice in Cargill since 2014. He is responsible for increasing collaboration and visibility of food safety and quality engineering principles, standards, and technologies throughout the Cargill organization. His responsibilities include developing and promoting standards and guidelines for hygienic equipment and facility design, utilities, and other technologies. In this webinar, Patrick will present the EHEDG Guidance Document #58 relating to Hygienic Design Risk Management.
