Leonard G. Belmares, II is the State Director & Judicial Liaison with Tennessee AMS, LLC. Leonard graduated from Austin Peay State University with a BS in Criminal Justice and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. Leonard served as elected Judge in the Municipal County (General Sessions) Judge in White Bluff, Tennessee from 2014-2022. Following his term on the bench, Leonard began working with Tennessee AMS, LLC a SCRAM Preferred Provider. Leonard works with courts to implement programs throughout the State and frequently testifies and presents regarding electronic monitoring technology.
