Evangelos Fragkoulis is the Head of Ship Design at the Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, where he leads the development of innovative ship designs aimed at reducing the maritime industry's carbon footprint. With a strong background in naval architecture and marine engineering, Fragkoulis focuses on integrating sustainable technologies and alternative fuels into vessel designs. Before joining the Center, he held senior technical roles at leading maritime organizations, including having the Chief Technical Officer position for Svitzer, the leading global towage provider. His work is central to driving the global transition toward zero-emission shipping and sustainable maritime operations.
